The work is carried out according to a fixed schedule with weekend services and workplace meetings. The work may also involve work at another unit.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives! As an ideal candidate for the position of nursing assistant at Åstugan, you are a thoughtful and engaged person with a great deal of empathy. You have a natural ability to build trust and establish relationships with both residents and colleagues.
You have an approved nursing assistant education, and documented experience in dementia care is a requirement.
You must be able to present the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate for protected professional title.
Experience in low-affective approach is meriting.
You have good communication skills,
You are used to working in teams and contributing to a positive work environment, but you can also work independently and take your own initiatives.
You share our vision of providing our residents with the best possible care and support.
You are flexible and can adapt to different situations that may arise in the work environment.
You document in Life Care and help create implementation plans together with the resident and relatives.
The assignment requires computer skills and you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Driver's license B and access to own car is a requirement, as public transport is difficult.
You must be able to provide an extract from the criminal record register.

Provide personal care and support in daily life, which includes help with hygiene, dressing and meals.
Actively participate in planning and implementation of meaningful activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
Document and follow up implementation plans, and contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes joy in life.
Collaborate with colleagues and act according to the routine as the main care contact between residents, relatives and other healthcare personnel.
