We are now seeking three registered nurses for: Tegelbacken – dementia housing Hällestadgården – dementia housing and special housing Float Position – work across all of the municipality's special housing units, where you contribute based on needs Regardless of position, you contribute to our shared commitment to secure, safe, and person-centered care. The float position provides a varied workday across multiple facilities, broad expertise, and valuable collaborations within the organization. Your future responsibilities As a registered nurse, you have an independent assignment with primary responsibility for a number of patients. You plan, implement, and follow up on health and care interventions based on the individual's needs. You work in a multidisciplinary team with registered nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing staff, and a unit manager. Together, you create secure, safe, and person-centered care. Your duties include: Assess, plan, and follow up on care interventions. Guide and support nursing staff in medical matters. Collaborate with relatives, care neighbors, and other stakeholders. Work preventively to promote health and quality of life. Document and ensure good care quality. These positions include evening and weekend shifts. The role also involves We continuously develop our operations to meet future needs. You are expected to contribute ideas, commitment, and a development-oriented approach. You identify areas for improvement, find solutions, and work with colleagues to create operations characterized by quality, patient safety, and professional conduct. We seek a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training or other relevant further education. Are comfortable with digital tools and documentation systems. Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
