Finnish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for Lensway Group

About the Position At Perido, we are looking for a customer service representative for our client Lensway Group. They are part of EssilorLuxottica, the world's leading company in optics. Since 2000, they have made it easier for people to shop for contact lenses, glasses, and sunglasses online through high quality, competitive prices, and fast deliveries. At Lensway, you will become part of an engaged team where the customer is always in focus and where you have the opportunity to develop in an international organization. You will work from the office located in Kista, with scheduled working hours during customer service opening hours, Monday–Friday 07:50–16:35. Your Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you will be an important contact for both new and existing customers. You will help customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, and provide service regarding the company's products within lenses, glasses, and sunglasses. You answer questions about assortment, deliveries, and payments, and guide customers to products that suit their needs. This role is perfect for you if you want to develop within customer service and enjoy having extensive contact with people. Qualifications: - Very good skills in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written - Experience in customer service or another service profession where phone has been an important work tool - High school diploma - Good computer skills - Service-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible Meritorious: - Experience from the optics industry - Experience from retail, tourism, or other service activities - Experience with both inbound and outbound customer contacts - Experience in Nordic customer service Scope and Start Date Full-time, permanent employment with Lensway Group.
