Job Description
Verktygsboden is now establishing its e-commerce on the Finnish market and is therefore seeking to strengthen its customer service team in Borgstena.
In this role you work closely with our customers and are responsible for handling and following up on orders as well as answering questions, primarily via email but also by phone.
You have many points of contact in your daily work and collaborate both internally with colleagues in purchasing, warehouse, and logistics, as well as externally with our customers. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy a role where you build relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Swedish and Finnish, both spoken and written, and who has experience in customer service or another service-oriented role with extensive customer contact.
As a person you are:
• service-oriented and positive
• structured and thorough
• flexible and responsible
You have a natural commitment and are happy to contribute to both the team's and the company's development.
You master Swedish, Finnish, and English in speech and writing and are experienced working in business systems and the Office suite. Additional language skills are a merit, but not required. If you are also practically inclined and like Verktygsboden's products, that is a big plus.
