As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the following responsibilities: - Help our customers via phone, email, and social media - Handle returns and complaints - Be part of an engaged team where we have fun at work! We are looking for you who: - Are a service hero and enjoy customer contact - Have experience from customer service or the service industry (McDonald's, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!) - Are computer-savvy and quick to learn new systems - Are driven by clear goals and like to reach them - Are organized and communicative - Have documented experience working remotely and reaching set goals - Speak and write fluent Swedish and Finnish - English in speech and writing is a requirement If you also have experience with SAP, consumer purchase law, or GDPR, we will be extra happy! This position is a temporary appointment based on business needs. Work can be scheduled on both weekdays and holidays.
