About the Position We at Perido are looking for a Customer Service Agent for our client Lensway Group. They are part of EssilorLuxottica, the world's leading company in optics. Since 2000, they have made it easier for people to buy contact lenses, glasses, and sunglasses online through high quality, competitive prices, and fast delivery. At Lensway, you'll be part of an engaged team where the customer is always in focus and where you have the opportunity to develop within an international organization. You'll work from our office located in Kista, with scheduled hours during customer service business hours, Monday–Friday 07:50–16:35. Your Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent, you are the company's face to the outside world and the first contact for both new and existing customers. You answer incoming calls and assist customers with a high focus on service and customer experience. In this role, you guide customers through the company's range of lenses, glasses, and sunglasses. You advise customers on products, inform about product updates, deliveries, and payment solutions, and help customers find the right products based on their needs. In addition to phone contact, you also handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Requirements: Very good knowledge of Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written Experience in customer service or other service professions where the telephone was an important work tool High school diploma Good computer skills Service-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible Meritorious: Experience from the optical industry Experience from retail, hospitality, or other service operations Experience with both inbound and outbound customer contacts Experience with Nordic customer service Scope and Start Date Full-time, permanent employment with Lensway Group.
