No. 3037303587) invites applications for Deputy Director for Finance and Development Issues (profession code 1211 03) (40 HOURS PER WEEK) Job Responsibilities: Ensure the financial and economic development of the educational institution by preparing, analyzing, and controlling budgets (for funding to an educational institution with an annual budget exceeding 5 million EUR), as well as providing recommendations for efficient resource utilization and development of long-term development strategies. Perform financial planning functions for the educational institution and prepare necessary documents and data for the State Treasury Unified Service Center (hereinafter – VPC), ensure continuity of accounting documentation circulation in accordance with VPC-approved processes. Requirements for Candidates: higher academic or second-level professional education in economics or finance; desired work experience in financial planning in public administration; prior experience working with the "Horizon" accounting software will be considered an advantage; command of the state language at C1–C2 level; precision and sense of responsibility; initiative, willingness to develop and acquire new knowledge; desired prior experience as an accountant/financial specialist in an educational institution; willingness to work, improve professionally, and continue learning through seminars, courses, and lectures. We Offer: salary 1800–2000 EUR for full-time employment (before tax deduction); employment for an indefinite period; social guarantees.
