Saldus Tehnikums invites you to join our team as a Financist Requirements for candidates: Higher or second-level higher education in economics, accounting, or finance study programs; At least three years of relevant professional experience in the position of accountant or economist; Knowledge and skills working with the resource management system Horizon and HOP, as well as experience with MS Office and other software necessary for job duties; Understanding of educational institution operations; State language proficiency at an advanced level; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to independently solve problems, as well as conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking; Skill in building positive interactions; Ability to work in stressful situations and under time constraints. Main job duties: Organize the Tehnikum's budget planning, preparation, execution, and monitoring process; Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial data recording, preparation of reports and statements, monitor the data recording process and its compliance with regulatory acts; Prepare calculations of financial resources necessary for the Tehnikum's operations; Ensure budget monitoring of projects implemented at the Tehnikum, prepare and submit financing plans and estimates, financial information for project reports.
