About the Role As a financial advisor at Ceteri, you will have the opportunity to build on your previous experience and gradually develop toward broader advisory and customer responsibilities. In the role, you will, among other things: Provide advice to entrepreneurs and private individuals Conduct client meetings and build long-term customer relationships Work with investments, savings, pensions, and/or insurance solutions depending on your expertise Manage and develop your own client portfolio Identify new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients Be an active part of Ceteri's networking and business development Work closely with other advisors to create comprehensive solutions for our clients Who Are We Looking For? We would like you to have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience from the finance, banking, insurance, or pension sector and that you currently work as, for example: Insurance broker in life and occupational pension, with relevant InsureSec license, or Investment or securities advisor, with relevant SwedSec license. You don't need to know everything from the start. What's important is that you have a solid foundation in one of these areas, experience with client meetings, and a willingness to develop and broaden your expertise over time. You enjoy working with people, are curious, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and where there is a short distance between idea and decision. Academic education in economics, finance, or equivalent is an asset, but we place great emphasis on relevant experience, licensing, and personal suitability. Why Ceteri?
