About the Job
As Finance Manager, you play a central role in ensuring the company's financial management, monitoring, and financial reporting. You work closely with management and operations, serving as qualified support in business decisions through analyses, monitoring, and financial advice.
The role combines strategic work with operational responsibility and involves managing the company's finance function while driving the development of financial processes, routines, and system support. You ensure high quality in accounting and reporting processes and help the business maintain efficient working methods, good internal controls, and the right decision-making basis for future development.
As an important business partner to the operations, you actively work with financial monitoring, profitability analyses, and operational management to support the company's continued growth and long-term development.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
Responsible for the company's finance function and financial monitoring
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Responsible for internal and external financial reporting
Monitor the business's key metrics, profitability, and cost development
Responsible for and coordinate the annual audit together with external auditors
Ensure correct accounting processes and high quality in financial statement preparation
Handle ongoing bookkeeping and accounts payable
Collaborate with external partners in accounting, audit, and payroll administration
Your Profile
You are an analytical and business-oriented finance professional who thrives in an operations-close role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You are motivated by creating structure, control, and long-term value through financial monitoring and business analyses.
We're looking for someone with experience in qualified finance work and who is comfortable working closely with operations. You have a solid understanding of financial management, financial reporting, and business processes, as well as the ability to translate financial information into relevant decision-making materials.
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and driven. You collaborate easily with different parts of the organization and communicate financial matters in a clear and pedagogical way. At the same time, you are unpretentious and thrive in a role where you switch between strategic issues and operational tasks.
We believe you have:
Academic education in accounting, finance, or equivalent
At least five years of experience from a qualified finance function
Solid experience in controlling, financial management, and financial analysis
Experience from manufacturing industry or other operations with complex flows
Good understanding of accounting and financial statement processes
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience coordinating audits and working with external auditors
Very good systems skills and experience with business systems and reporting tools
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have experience with group reporting, international operations, or development of financial processes and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is also positive, as is previous experience from high-tech or production-related operations.
