Responsibilities and Goals
As a Financial Accountant, you'll work closely with our Accounting Manager and become an important part of the finance department. Together, you'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality accounting and providing the financial support the business needs to continue growing.
In your daily work, you'll handle ongoing bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations, payments, and VAT and tax reporting. You'll also be involved in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and contribute to developing and streamlining our accounting processes. With us, you'll have the opportunity to see the big picture and understand how the finance function contributes to the company's success.
Your Profile
You have post-secondary education in economics or accounting, strong Excel skills, and feel comfortable with digital systems. Since we work across borders, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
You may have worked for a few years in accounting, or you've recently finished your education and gained experience through internships or practical training. What matters most to us isn't exactly how much experience you have – but that you're curious, engaged, and want to continue developing.
As a person, you appreciate order and structure and enjoy when the numbers add up. At the same time, you're not afraid of change but see opportunities to improve work methods and processes. You have a humble approach, enjoy collaborating, and are happy to help where needed.
