We are seeking multiple Finance Managers on behalf of one of our clients who want to combine strategic and operational responsibility in complex and dynamic environments. You will play a central role in developing the company's financial governance, streamlining processes, and ensuring continued stability during a period of change and growth. The client is filling several similar roles where placement in different countries may be possible, which means you need to be prepared to relocate from Sweden. This position is being conducted on behalf of a leading and well-reputed company in the service sector. ABOUT THE ROLE As Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, and credit matters in one of the group's operating companies. You will lead an experienced and competent finance organization consisting of employees in accounting, controlling, and credit, where parts of the functions are located in other countries. The role has a broad scope of responsibility spanning from daily financial monitoring to long-term planning and organizational development. You will be a key person in the company's local management group for finance, where you contribute to the overall change work underway within the finance function. The finance function is in an exciting development phase where new demands for efficiency, transparency, and system support are driving change. An important focus going forward is to evaluate and further develop existing systems and processes, as well as to drive a gradual transition toward a more integrated and modern finance organization. YOUR ASSIGNMENT You have operational and strategic responsibility for ensuring a correct, efficient, and business-focused finance function. The role encompasses both managing daily operations and initiating and driving improvements that strengthen structure, quality, and business support. You will: Lead and develop a multifaceted finance department with employees in accounting, controlling, tax, and credit. Responsible for financial statements, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and ensure that the work complies with IFRS and other relevant regulations. Ensure efficient processes for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as internal controls. Work on matters related to strategic planning, risk management, and capital structure. Participate in and drive development initiatives related to upgrading or replacing finance systems and related processes. Support management with analyses and decision-making materials that contribute to business governance and profitable growth. Initiate improvement work within organization and structure, including resource reallocation and development of Shared Service functions. The role requires both operational capability and a clear strategic perspective. You are expected to work closely with the business, understand the business, and be able to translate financial insights into concrete improvements in daily operations. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in accounting and auditing, combined with experience leading teams and driving change in an international context. Experience in Business Control is a plus. You thrive in a role where you can combine structure and analysis with leadership and business presence. You are confident in your professional role, have high integrity, and the ability to build trust both internally and externally. You navigate easily in a multicultural environment and are motivated by developing people, processes, and ways of working. We believe you have: A university degree in economics, accounting, or finance. Several years of experience in qualified work within accounting, auditing, or controlling. Documented experience leading and developing teams. Good understanding of IFRS and international accounting principles. Experience with process improvement or implementation of new financial systems. Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational responsibility. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
