We have clear ambitions to drive further growth in the Swedish market - and now we want to strengthen the team with a self-driven Finance Manager at our headquarters in Gothenburg. About the Role As Finance Manager, you will have a key role in the organization with significant influence over the company's financial development. You report to the CFO and are responsible for financial reporting, financial statements and follow-up, and ensure that financial processes and systems maintain high quality and efficiency. Through analyses and business-focused insights, you contribute to well-founded decisions and help the business identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You drive development and change initiatives within your area of responsibility and serve as an important collaboration partner to both management and operations. The role involves close collaboration with Group Finance, auditors, and other external stakeholders, while you lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to create a strong and future-oriented finance function. Your Main Responsibilities: Ensure correct and regular financial reporting, including accounting, annual reports, tax returns, inventory accounting, and other regulatory reporting in accordance with applicable legal requirements and accounting principles. Responsible for the company's financial management and financial follow-up, including budget, forecast, and business planning as well as analysis of revenue, earnings, margins, cash flow, and key performance indicators to ensure the business achieves its targets. In this role, you also act as a business partner/business controller to management and operations, conduct business analyses, identify areas for improvement, and develop decision-making materials that strengthen the business's profitability and development. Lead and develop the finance function, including personnel responsibility for the accounting department, development of working methods and processes, and collaboration with auditors, authorities, and other external stakeholders. Qualifications: Academic degree in economics, accounting, or finance Solid experience with qualified accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation Experience in business controlling, financial analysis, and key performance indicator follow-up Documented experience in personnel management and team development Good system proficiency and experience with business systems as well as reporting, analysis, and planning tools.
