Finance Data & Analytics Lead at Söderberg & Haak in Staffanstorp

We are currently looking for a Finance Data & Analytics Lead to join a company in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining finance, business, and technology. You're equally comfortable discussing profitability with the business as you are building smart reports and dashboards in Power BI. As Finance Data & Analytics Lead, you will become a key person in developing the finance function from traditional reporting to a more data-driven approach. You will work closely with both management and the business. You will report to Deputy CEO and CFO Thomas Pehrsson, an experienced and engaged leader who believes in freedom with responsibility and who places great focus on seeing, supporting, and developing his team members. Key Responsibilities Work closely with business units to follow up on results, identify trends, and drive profitability improvements Design and implement scalable BI solutions Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI Ensure data quality, data integrity, and structures in data warehouses and data models Define, standardize, and further develop KPI frameworks based on statistical relationships and business logic Automate and manage financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, follow-up) end-to-end Analyze large datasets and transform them into clear decision-making tools Support the organization with ad hoc analyses and business insights Participate in and drive improvement initiatives related to governance, follow-up, and reporting Automate and streamline reporting processes using BI tools Collaborate with IT and other functions on data warehouses, systems, and integrations Who Are You? We believe you have a strong understanding of finance and business while having a genuine interest in data and analytics. We see that you have post-secondary education in finance or equivalent, and have several years of experience in Finance Analytics as well as budgeting and forecasting work. You have strong knowledge of Power BI and experience working with large datasets. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where things evolve and change.
