Filmmaker / Video Producer at Nordic Vision Studios We are looking for a filmmaker who can take a production all the way, from initial idea to delivered film, and who does so with as much organization and reliability as creative excellence. About Us Nordic Vision Studios is a production company in Stockholm that creates film for companies and brands. We are a small team, which means you have significant influence over how productions look and great responsibility for delivering them on time. We are growing toward advertising films and larger narrative projects. You are entering a situation where you can influence both our creative expression and how we work. The Role You are involved throughout the entire chain: idea, pre-production, filming, editing, and delivery. Sometimes you receive a finished concept to develop. Sometimes you are the one developing the idea from scratch. In practice, this means you: convert ideas into concrete film concepts, scripts, treatments, mood boards, shot lists plan filming technically and creatively: camera, lighting, sound, and other equipment film, light, and manage sound recording on location direct clients, actors, and others in front of the camera edit with an eye for dramaturgy, pacing, and sound perform basic color correction, sound editing, subtitling, and graphics maintain organization of raw materials, project files, and deliverables adapt and deliver in the correct format for the right platform How We Work You identify risks early, communicate them clearly, and propose solutions. Organization of materials. We work in a shared folder structure with backup. The client meets you, not just the film. You represent the company on location. Prepared and professional, even when things go wrong.
