Your Role As Branch Manager, you have overall responsibility for the branch's operations, staff, and results. You lead a competent team and work closely with both customers and employees to ensure high quality, a good work environment, and strong business development. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and develop branch operations toward set goals Drive sales, growth, and profitability Coach and develop employees and managers in their daily work Create engagement, participation, and a strong team spirit Ensure efficient operations and high delivery quality Responsible for budget, results, and operational monitoring Build and develop long-term customer relationships Proactively monitor market and external developments Who Are You? Qualifications: Experience leading and developing employees Documented experience with budget, results, and business responsibility Experience from service, contracting, or project operations Strong ability to build and develop customer relationships Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written B-category driver's license It's a merit if you have experience from the security, electrical, installation, or contracting industry.
