We have an opening for a Field Service Engineer at the company! Your Profile We are looking for someone who is communicative and has a natural ability to collaborate effectively between different teams and build strong relationships. You possess analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented attitude, which means you approach challenges constructively. To succeed in the role, you work in a structured manner, take full responsibility for your areas of responsibility and have the drive to complete your tasks with high quality. As a person, you are service-oriented, results-driven and have good organizational skills that enable you to prioritize correctly and manage your time efficiently. Responsibilities You are the one who makes the technology work where it is used. You install new equipment, solve challenges when problems arise and ensure everything works as it should. You are on-site with customers and work closely with them in their daily operations. You plan your tasks yourself and are responsible for both tools, spare parts and structure in your workday. In more detail, your responsibilities will include: Installation and commissioning of laboratory equipment Troubleshooting and on-site repair Preventive maintenance Documentation and follow-up in systems Customer dialogue, where you represent Hamilton Qualifications You have technical understanding and experience working practically (hands-on) with equipment, installation and troubleshooting. You are motivated by working independently and taking responsibility for both tasks and customer experience.
