Field Operations & Venue Relations (Part-Time), Stockholm
Brick | Stockholm | Part-Time, up to 10 hours/week | Hourly wage, 140 SEK/h
About Brick
Brick is a Stockholm-based service for rental power banks. Our stations are located at cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms, and other places where people gather, so that anyone who runs out of battery can borrow a power bank and return it wherever is convenient.
We have grown from a single city to a network spanning over 20 markets, largely through our franchise program: local partners around the world operate Brick in their own city or country, with support from our hardware, app, and operational playbook. Beyond our franchise network, we operate a number of markets ourselves, including Sweden and Spain, and Stockholm is where it all started.
In 2024, we acquired Volt, a supplier to festivals and live events that now runs on Brick's service and participates in over 100 events during 2026. Whether it's a neighborhood café or a three-day festival, the goal is the same: nobody should have to worry about a dead phone battery.
Stockholm is our home network, and we are now looking for a person to help us keep it in top shape.
The Role
You will be the person on the ground ensuring that our network of power bank stations in Stockholm functions properly and that our partners are satisfied. The job is practical, social, and varied. Some weeks you'll swap out a station, other weeks you'll walk through how the service works with staff at a new partner location.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor the station network in Stockholm and identify stations that need service, refilling, or support
Visit locations to repair, replace, or refill stations with power banks
Train staff on-site on how the station works and how they help customers with the service
Support new installations: set up stations at new partner locations and get their staff up and running
Be a friendly and reliable face for Brick with our partners
