Fiber Splicer with CTF Certificate

About the Role As a fiber splicer, you'll work on various customer projects, primarily in the Småland highlands. You'll be an important part of the team, working with installation and quality assurance of fiber solutions. Temporary staffing assignment that for the right candidate can lead to direct employment with the client after six months. Employment with Montico. Collective agreement: Installation Agreement. Job Responsibilities Your main tasks will include: Fiber splicing Cable pulling Fiber measurement (OTDR and dB) Minor blowing of building networks The work requires precision, responsibility, and a quality mindset in every step. You're service-oriented, good at collaboration, and committed to delivering professional results on every assignment. Requirements: Class B driver's license CFT Certificate Preferred Qualifications: Class BE driver's license Experience with fiber installations Electrical competence
