Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right expertise – both today and in the long term. Right now we are looking for experienced troubleshooters for our customers in the train industry. We are looking for someone who wants to take on a central and technically advanced role in ensuring high availability and operational reliability in train traffic. About the role: As a troubleshooter, you are a technical specialist responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving faults on trains. The role combines practical work in the depot and on vehicles with more analytical tasks such as root cause analysis and improvement work. You are a key person in ensuring that vehicles leave the depot in the best possible condition. Your main responsibilities Ensure that trains are operationally safe and ready for traffic Drive and develop operational availability using RVM as a decision support tool Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective actions directly on the vehicles Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive measures Contribute to continuous improvements through early identification of problems and solutions Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and safety requirements Workplace The need for expertise is high and we are looking for someone who can work in the Greater Stockholm area, but also for someone who has the possibility and interest to work in other locations around the country.
