We are now looking for a Regional Manager for Stockholm North – a confident and people-oriented leader who loves developing teams and creating strong results. About the Role As Regional Manager, you are responsible for Gateau's operations in Stockholm North, with full accountability for both results and employees. The region encompasses Gateau's stores in northern Stockholm and extends up to Uppsala. You lead and inspire store managers and teams, create a work environment where people feel engaged, secure and motivated, and drive our business forward. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop store managers and teams Build a strong and positive team culture with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and premium service Ensure financial targets and operational quality across all units Create a safe and secure work environment, in close collaboration with safety representatives Take responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and skills development in the region Monitor key metrics in sales, customer satisfaction, labor costs, food safety, and security Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to achieve our strategic goals We're Looking for You Have experience leading leaders (multi-site or regional/district) Have documented experience in team development and performance management Have basic knowledge of work environment, labor law, and employee well-being Have experience in business planning, sales, and P&L responsibility Are structured, clear, and action-oriented in your leadership Have strong interpersonal skills and communicate well in Swedish and English Hold a valid driver's license You lead through others, inspire trust, and create results together with your team – especially in times of change. The monthly salary for the position is between 50,000 and 56,000 SEK and is set based on experience, competence, and qualifications.
