We are now looking for a real estate developer within Programs and Plans who wants to play a key role in the development of central Gothenburg. <img src="https://sae3ndp007.blob.core.windows.net/swe/fbaa8462-3901-4433-accc-56bb28a5de5e.jpg"> About the role As a real estate developer within Programs and Plans at Älvstranden Utveckling, you will be an important part of working on our larger investment projects in early stages. You contribute to developing our land areas by working with program work, planning processes and various types of investigations. You work on projects that vary over time and collaborate closely with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. In this role, you have the opportunity to influence the city's development through participation in program and detailed planning work, where you contribute with a property owner perspective. You have a central role in driving and developing projects forward, and help ensure that our initiatives maintain high quality and are implemented in a structured and sustainable manner. This is a role for you who wants to work strategically and operatively in a dynamic environment, with great variety in both projects and issues. As a real estate developer, you get a broad and developmental responsibility where you, among other things: Drive and participate in investment projects in early stages, from program to planning process Work with real estate development within our land areas Develop and implement investigations related to projects and development initiatives Actively participate in the city's program and detailed planning work from a property owner role Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the various phases of projects Contribute to developing work methods, structure and quality in the unit's projects. You also work with other prioritized tasks in dialogue with your immediate manager. Your Profile You have relevant higher education or university education in, for example, civil engineering, real estate development or urban planning. You have many years of experience working in early stages within real estate development, plans and programs and have good experience collaborating with consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders. It is important that you have good knowledge of the Planning and Building Act, real estate law and environmental legislation, as well as understanding of real estate economics and business aspects of the projects. As a person, you are communicative, structured and confident in driving both your own tasks and project teams forward. You thrive in environments where a lot is happening at the same time and have a natural ability to create order and overview even in complex situations. You take initiative, see solutions where others see obstacles and have an interest in both community building and real estate development. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
