JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you have a strong interest in real estate development and like to see ideas become reality? Are you curious about how a need is taken from concept to implementation? Then this could be the role for you! The Premises Supply Unit works along the entire timeline - from early planning to signing lease agreements - to ensure that the city has the right facilities for each operation. As a real estate developer, you become part of this team and an important part of giving the city good conditions to succeed with its real estate strategy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Contribute to the development of status analyses and development plans for real estate areas
• Identify and analyze risks in early stages
• Manage external leasing and ongoing monitoring of external tenants
• Lead and participate in early-stage investigations
• Work with issues related to the exploitation process

Qualifications
• Relevant academic education in the field, alternatively other education and/or professional experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Several years of experience from the real estate industry in a similar role
• Experience with external leasing and monitoring of external tenants
• Experience in developing status analyses and needs analyses
• Experience in conducting early-stage investigations
• Good understanding of the exploitation process
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good digital skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• B driving license for manual transmission
Meritorious
• Experience with operational systems such as VITEC property management and rent
• Experience of working in the public sector
