Property Technician/Facility Manager at Keolis Göteborg Would you like a varied role where you get great responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact? Keolis is now seeking an experienced Property Technician/Facility Manager to help ensure the operation of our depots in Göteborg. Here you'll have a key role in an operation that is constantly evolving, especially through the transition to electric buses and sustainable public transportation of the future. You will be based at our depot in Grimbo but will work at multiple facilities around Göteborg as needed. About the Role This is a broad and independent role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and finding solutions. No two days are the same. One day you work on troubleshooting and maintenance, the next day you coordinate contractors, follow up on property projects, or ensure that a critical installation is functioning properly. You will become an important part of the property department and will have considerable trust to plan and drive your work forward. We are therefore looking for someone with enough experience to act independently and make sound decisions in daily operations. Examples of Work Tasks Supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of our properties and depots Troubleshooting and addressing technical problems Planning and following up on maintenance activities Contact and coordination with contractors and suppliers Operational optimization and improvement work Fire safety work and regulatory inspections Documentation and administration in digital systems Support to operations on property-related matters What We're Looking For You have solid experience in property operations, property technology, or facility management and are accustomed to taking your own responsibility. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and gets things done.
