Stenungsundshem is now seeking a Property Technician/Facilities Operator to join our dedicated operations team. Stenungsundshem is a non-profit housing company, fully owned by Stenungsund Municipality. We own and manage over 2,000 residential units and work daily to create safe and comfortable living environments. About the Role As a Property Technician/Facilities Operator, you will be part of the operations group and report to the Facilities Manager. The group currently consists of two Facilities Operators and is expanding with an additional colleague. You will also work closely with the company's technical facilities manager and our contracted service providers. The role is operational and involves daily work in our properties. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for both ongoing and planned facilities management, with a focus on creating well-functioning, energy-efficient, and comfortable homes for our tenants. Examples of Work Tasks Energy and operations optimization Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of technical installations Operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and control systems Monitoring and troubleshooting in building management systems, primarily KTC Coordination with contractors in ventilation, plumbing, and electrical work Participation in planning and development of the properties' technical systems Daily contact with tenants and management of technical matters Your Profile We are looking for someone with relevant education in plumbing, ventilation, or other technical fields. You may also have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. We would like to see that you have: Experience in technical facilities management, but we also welcome applicants with the right education and a strong technical interest. Knowledge of control and regulation technology Experience with building management systems A genuine interest in property technology and technical development As a person, you are service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. You enjoy collaborating with others while feeling confident in planning and managing your own work. You have a talent for building good relationships and contribute to a positive work environment. For this role, you must express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and hold a Category B driving license.
