L.E. Hellstedt has managed properties in Stockholm for over 100 years – built on long-term thinking, reliability, and stability. Now we're looking for you to be part of that work and share our commitment to being responsive and service-oriented toward tenants, tradespeople, and all others we collaborate with.
This role is for you if you want to move between the office and the properties. With us, you'll be responsible for handling service requests from start to finish, and you'll be just as comfortable inspecting an apartment as you are driving a case to completion at your desk. We're a cohesive team with short decision-making paths, and we're looking for someone who likes to stay on top of things and take responsibility. Welcome to apply through Isaksson Rekrytering!
Your Role
You have overall responsibility for fault reports and service matters, while also being out in the properties conducting inspections and technical follow-ups approximately one day per week. The role requires independence and collaboration skills. You plan your own day but work closely with colleagues, property managers, and external contractors.
Duties
Receive, register, and distribute fault reports and drive them to completion
Conduct move-out, exchange, and maintenance inspections, as well as status inspections of the property's common areas
Register and follow up on maintenance in the property management system
Monitor energy consumption and follow up on deviations
Handle orders, keys, tags, and booking systems
Who We're Looking For
You are structured and self-driven and thrive on taking responsibility and driving your matters to completion. You have a natural sense for service and understand the importance of clear communication with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. At the same time, you're a team player who contributes to the team's overall success in an organization where roles sometimes blend together.
We're looking for someone with
A couple of years' experience as a property caretaker/technician or in a similar role, with a focus on inspections and handling service matters
Experience working with residential properties
Familiarity with property management systems; experience with Din Hyresvärd is a plus
Ability to plan and structure your own workday
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
What We Offer
You'll become part of L.E Hellstedt – a family business that has built, acquired, and managed properties in Stockholm for over 100 years. We believe in maintaining a natural balance between work and leisure, because we know that most of us have full personal lives with family, hobbies, and other commitments.
A varied daily routine with both office time and fieldwork in Stockholm properties
Flexible scheduling – choose between seasonal hours or evenly distributed annual schedule
A flat organization with short decision-making paths and genuine team spirit
