At the same time, you're a team player who contributes to the team's overall success in an organization where roles sometimes blend together. We're looking for someone with A couple of years' experience as a property caretaker/technician or in a similar role, with a focus on inspections and handling service matters Experience working with residential properties Familiarity with property management systems; experience with Din Hyresvärd is a plus Ability to plan and structure your own workday Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written What We Offer You'll become part of L.E Hellstedt – a family business that has built, acquired, and managed properties in Stockholm for over 100 years.
