This is a position for someone who wants to alternate between the office and the properties. You'll be responsible for managing service requests from start to finish, and you'll be equally comfortable conducting an apartment inspection as you are driving a case forward at your desk. Your Role
You have overall responsibility for fault reports and service requests, while also spending time out in the properties conducting inspections and technical follow-ups approximately one day per week. The role requires independence and collaboration skills. You plan your own day but work closely with colleagues, property managers, and external contractors.
Responsibilities
Receive, register, and distribute fault reports and drive them to completion
Conduct move-out, exchange, and maintenance inspections, as well as status inspections of common areas
Register and follow up on maintenance in the property management system
Monitor energy consumption and follow up on deviations
Handle orders, keys, access tags, and booking systems
Who We're Looking For
You are organized and self-driven, and you thrive on taking responsibility and seeing your tasks through to completion. You have a natural sense of service and understand the importance of clear communication with tenants, colleagues, and contractors. At the same time, you're a team player who contributes to the team's overall success in an organization where roles sometimes overlap.
We're looking for someone who has
A couple of years of experience as a property caretaker/technician or in a similar role, with a focus on inspections and service request management
Experience working with residential properties
Experience working with property management systems (experience with Din Hyresvärd is a plus)
Ability to plan and structure your own workday
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
