Your role
As a property technician with us, you are a key person in ensuring well-functioning properties and satisfied customers.
You will work with:
Building and developing good customer relationships
Conducting property inspections
Handling repairs and ongoing maintenance
Managing service requests and fault reports
Overseeing ventilation, heating, and electrical systems
Contributing improvement and energy efficiency suggestions
Who are you?
You are a person who:
Takes responsibility and takes pride in your work
Has a strong service focus
Thrive both independently and in a team
Is solution-oriented and driven
We would like to see that you have:
Property technical education or equivalent experience
Experience from the industry
Knowledge of operations technology/energy efficiency (meriting)
Other
B-class driver's license is required
Certificate of no criminal record is required
