It's your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need. Your work tasks will include: Service work Repairs Maintenance work Installations Property inspections Operational optimization Managing minor improvement projects Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Secondary education Education focused on property technology/related industries or equivalent work experience Good computer skills Good knowledge of Office B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing As a property technician with us, you are a committed problem solver who thrives in a role with many points of contact and high service standards.
