About the Accommodation Department The Accommodation Department consists of approximately 25 full-time employees and covers the areas of internal facilities, booking, reception & spa, groups & conferences, cleaning, maintenance, and owner services. The department brings together all functions that work with Kläppen's own facilities and guest accommodations under one department, all with the goal of making the guest's stay as excellent as possible. To Thrive With Us We are looking for someone with experience in repair work and maintenance, who enjoys working practically and independently. You take responsibility, show initiative, and have an easy time finding solutions when something needs to be fixed. In the role of property technician, you report to the Property Manager and become an important part of our team. Who Are You? You are driven, thorough, and solution-oriented, and take responsibility for ensuring that work is completed with high quality. Because we are a smaller work group, we also value your personal qualities highly – collaboration, commitment, and a positive attitude are something we truly appreciate. Qualifications Driver's license category B Fluency in Swedish/English in speech and writing Microsoft Office Suite Meritorious Plumbing and heating (VVS) education or practical experience in property maintenance for at least 2 years Previous experience working with maintenance systems Driver's license B96 Application Deadline The final application deadline is September 7. Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the final deadline. About the Position This is a seasonal employment starting in October 2026 and ending in April 2027. Start date during October or by agreement. Working hours: 40 hours/week scheduled, weekend work and on-call duty occur during the season.
