About the Role As a property technician with a focus on appliances, you will primarily be responsible for service, repairs, and corrective maintenance of appliances in the region. The role is social and service-oriented, and you should be able to plan your work and maintain good relationships with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role also requires high standards for organization, digital documentation, and follow-up. We therefore value that you see order and structure as a natural part of the work. Your responsibilities include: Independently perform service, repairs, and maintenance work on appliances Conduct rounds and inspections to prevent problems Responsible for checking and following up on ordered appliance work Contribute to maintaining good knowledge and routines for appliance service and maintenance Participate in area activities to strengthen community in the area Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a strong interest in service. You are organized, work independently, and enjoy a role where you have contact with many people. Your work makes a difference every day! We would appreciate it if you have: Work experience as a property technician, repair technician, or similar, or other experience or education that we consider equivalent Experience with appliance repairs B-class driver's license (manual) Good knowledge of Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and appreciate that you are a team player who enjoys taking initiative and driving your work forward.
