Do you want to work in a technically advanced and varied role where you can develop and optimize a property's technical systems? We are now looking for a Property Technician specializing in electrical and automation who wants to be part of developing Magna's property and production-related systems. As a property technician, you are responsible for property-related technical work in Magna's facilities, with a focus on electrical systems, PLC programming and technical system solutions. You actively work to develop, improve and maintain technical systems such as cooling, ventilation, compressors and other property technology. The work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, standards and internal procedures and includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, improvement work and participation in projects. The role has an important function in Magna's continued development towards Industry 4.0. Your responsibilities include: Develop, improve and maintain the property's technical systems such as ventilation, cooling systems, compressors, electrical installations and control and monitoring systems, including PLC programming. Participate in and drive electrical and property-related projects and collaborate across functions, including participation in the company's electrical group. Advance technical solutions and systems, including Webport, and adapt equipment in line with Industry 4.0. Ensure correct and up-to-date technical documentation, drawings and standards and work systematically with preventive maintenance. Ensure regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness and good order in the area, including work according to 5S, and serve as a mentor for new and hired personnel. Qualifications As a person, you are technically curious, solution-oriented and structured. You enjoy analyzing problems, taking responsibility and driving work forward. You work independently but also have good collaboration skills and communicate clearly with both internal and external contacts. You have high safety awareness and a responsible approach to your work. To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you have: Experience with PLC programming. Electrical engineering training or other relevant education and/or equivalent work experience. Good technical understanding of electrical and property systems and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems in a structured manner. Experience reading, updating and working with electrical drawings, technical documentation and maintenance and documentation systems. Experience with systematic preventive maintenance work. Good ability to plan, prioritize and work independently in a changing work environment. Good communication skills and good collaboration skills with various stakeholders. Good knowledge of work environment, safety and relevant laws and regulations. Experience from industrial or commercial environments is a merit.
