Property Technician - Fire Safety

The Role In this role as Property Technician - Fire Safety, you will work in a unique and challenging environment which requires strong responsibility for safety, flexibility, accuracy and planning. The position includes: Being the property owner's face to the outside and ensuring that tenants receive good service and a functional and safe environment. Making rounds with corrective maintenance of the properties and addressing fault reports that come in. Independently performing most, even advanced, fire safety technical work across different types of properties. Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment, as well as controlling and operating sprinkler systems. Performing actions and documenting in accordance with established procedures. Who Are You? You have: Several years of experience working as a property technician with a focus on fire safety Facility/property technician education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience Experience with independent work in different types of properties Experience with extensive tenant contact Experience working with various property technical systems Experience with and certification in fire alarms, sprinkler systems, plant operator, and gas leak systems Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fire safety B-class driver's license Swedish in speaking and writing, with good ability to express yourself professionally and clearly We believe you are: Service-oriented and solution-focused—you enjoy making a difference for the customer Technically interested and curious about using modern tools and methods Thorough, methodical and confident in your professional role A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge We warmly welcome you to become one of many professional colleagues who will perform and work with one of Stockholm's most important, most interesting and developmental technician jobs! Other Information Some of our customers conduct operations that in certain cases require placement in a security class and subsequent background check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585 ch. 3). We request an extract from the criminal record register for individuals according to 9 § 1 paragraph of the Criminal Record Act (1998:620) for employment. Security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be relevant for certain customer assignments. The position is full-time and permanent with a probationary period. The start date for the position is autumn 2026. Recruitment will take place in phases during spring, which means that selection and placement can occur continuously during the period.
