Then this might be something for you! Your role: You will be part of a team of 8-15 people working with property maintenance, operations and electrical work, and you will mainly work with the operation, maintenance and care of properties and outdoor environments. At ALLTIME Malmfälten AB we work in a technical environment and the work tasks include maintenance of water and heating systems, roads, vehicles and general technical service throughout the area. During winter, snow removal is part of the work. Working as a property technician with us suits you if you enjoy varied, active and independent work with a lot of contact with people. Your service mindset and outgoing manner combined with a practical approach provide a good foundation for you to succeed in the role. Competence profile If you have education in property/operations, construction, plumbing or similar, that is an advantage. You enjoy working both independently and in a group. You are a responsible and service-oriented person who likes to work towards the goal of satisfied customers, in order to maintain good and long-term customer and business relationships. You have good social skills and a natural aptitude for delivering services.
