About the role
As a property technician in Stockholm, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of the building's technical systems such as heating, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing. What you will do
Operate and oversee the maintenance of heating, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues to minimize downtime
Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service assignments
Install and set up new technical components and systems
Coordinate work with suppliers and contractors
Handle customer contact and provide clear information regarding faults and service matters
Ensure workplace and technical system safety through inspections and documentation

What you bring
Relevant vocational training or extensive experience in property technical work
Practical experience with plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical work; local certifications or qualifications where required
Good communication skills and ability to prioritize under time pressure
Driver's license (Category B) and experience documenting work orders and service cases
