Work Responsibilities - Oversee, maintain, and perform corrective maintenance on buildings, both indoors and outdoors. - Operate and maintain water and sewage systems, plumbing, and control and regulation systems. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues and become an important part of creating comfort and security in our properties. Qualifications Requirements: - B-class driver's license. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - High IT competence. Merits: - Experience in property maintenance or education in property technology. - System knowledge within control and monitoring, ventilation, heating and cooling. - Experience in systematic fire safety work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
