A Varied Day with Properties in Focus
As a property technician with us, you visit our customers and ensure their properties function as they should – and more. You troubleshoot, service, and maintain technical installations, solve problems when they arise, and work preventatively.
Here's what you'll work with at our company:
Service, operations, and troubleshooting of properties and technical installations
Maintenance and work within ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation technology
Handling of fault reports and service requests
SBA work and fire alarm inspections
Follow-up and implementation of corrective measures following inspections and service visits

We're looking for someone with a strong technical interest, who enjoys understanding how things work and is driven by finding solutions. As a person, you are responsible, curious, and confident in taking your own initiative. You enjoy the variety in your day where you both work independently with troubleshooting and service, and collaborate with colleagues and meet our customers. You understand the importance of professional conduct and like building trust through being solution-oriented, engaged, and reliable.
To be relevant for the role, you need to have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
It's a plus if you have:
Experience in property technology or similar work
Technical education at upper secondary level or equivalent
OVK certification or equivalent experience
Refrigeration certificate and/or experience as a refrigeration technician
Certification as a fire alarm system operator
Completed SBA training
