About the Job Torbygg (T.O.R tillbyggnad och renovering AB) is a construction company operating under the property company Ankarbulten AB. We are now seeking a facilities manager/tradesperson who wants to play a key role in ensuring our premises maintain a high standard. You will be an important part in creating a pleasant and well-functioning environment for both tenants, employees, and visitors to the properties. You will also travel to external construction projects. As a facilities manager/caretaker with us, you will primarily work with maintenance and development of our existing properties. You will also meet with our tenants to address work orders submitted to Ankarbulten. Responsibilities Maintenance and care of premises and equipment Gardens and grounds work Repairs, carpentry, painting, and technical maintenance Basic electrical and plumbing work Moving and assembling furniture and equipment Handling work orders and contact with suppliers Practical tasks to ensure smooth operations, sometimes involving heavier lifting Qualifications High school education, preferably with practical focus (construction, electrical, technical) or education in facilities management Experience in facilities management or caretaking Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles Speak and understand Swedish, including written Basic digital skills Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is handy, solution-oriented, and service-minded. You have the ability to take responsibility, work independently, and prioritize when the pace is high. You should also be able to collaborate with colleagues and have good interpersonal skills to contribute to a safe and professional work environment. We are also looking for someone who is flexible and willing to take on new challenges and a varied daily routine.
