You will become an important part of our teams and contribute to creating a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for our residents and staff. As a facilities manager with us, you will have an independent and varied role where you plan and perform both routine and preventive maintenance. Your Responsibilities Indoor and outdoor facilities maintenance Patrols and troubleshooting in the facilities' premises Oversight of technical installations (e.g., ventilation, lighting, and locks) Minor repairs and service tasks Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers Snow removal and seasonal tasks Support to the operations during relocations, simple assembly, or transports We Are Looking for You If You Have experience in facilities management or similar technical/practical work Are self-driven, responsible, and well-organized Have good service orientation and enjoy collaborating with different operations Hold a valid B-category driver's license (required) Have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have knowledge in electrical work, plumbing, ventilation, control systems, or previous experience working in care and elderly care environments.
