Placement: Simrishamn Scope: Full-time About ThuleHus In Simrishamn, ThuleHus owns approximately 330 apartments totaling 25,000 square meters, mostly in central and attractive locations. The Role As a Property Maintenance Technician, you're responsible for the daily maintenance of a number of properties. The role is broad and practical, and you largely plan your own work based on what needs to be prioritized. Your work tasks include: responsibility for daily inspection and maintenance of the properties' interior and exterior environment performing corrective maintenance and minor repairs conducting apartment inspections maintaining ongoing contact with tenants and contributing to order, comfort, and good service coordinating and following up on work performed by external contractors identifying needs and improvement opportunities in your properties contributing ideas for more efficient work methods, energy savings, and other improvement measures. Who are we looking for? We're primarily looking for you if you: Have experience in property maintenance or other practical work in, for example, residential buildings, commercial properties, hotels, or industry. Preferably have knowledge in, for example, plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry, but most importantly you have practical skills and the ability to find solutions. Are used to using (or strongly motivated to learn) digital tools and feel comfortable with, for example, fault reporting systems and mobile work orders. Preferably have upper secondary education or vocational education in property management. Are responsible, solution-oriented, proactive, and service-minded. You see what needs to be done and take action. Like people and understand how much a pleasant and professional approach means. You work in a structured and independent manner, while appreciating being part of a team where people help each other. Have a B driver's license. Have good knowledge of Swedish.
