JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a property caretaker who is dedicated, thorough, and service-oriented. In this role, you will contribute to keeping our properties in excellent condition and ensuring our tenants feel at home. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in our team, and you will be an important part of delivering high quality in everything we do. As a property caretaker with us, you have overall responsibility for maintenance, supervision, and patrols of your assigned area. You work both preventatively and reactively to ensure that our properties and outdoor environments are safe, well-maintained, and functional. The role includes, among other things: • Perform maintenance, supervision, and patrols of properties and outdoor environments • Be responsible for and perform repairs in and around common areas and outbuildings • Handle fault reports and carry out corrective measures • Work with exterior maintenance such as grass cutting and mechanical snow removal • Participate in the company's snow organization outside regular working hours • Have daily contact with tenants and contribute to good relationships You are an important representative of Sandvikenhus in daily interactions with our tenants. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who feel at home in the role of property caretaker and who want to be part of creating safe and well-maintained living environments. You have experience in both interior and exterior property maintenance and feel confident in practical work. You work in a structured and thorough manner and have a professional approach when interacting with tenants. You plan your work independently, are flexible when circumstances change, and thrive in a role where you combine personal responsibility with close teamwork. With a solution-oriented work approach, you ensure that tasks are completed with quality and safety in focus. In this role, you work with ongoing maintenance and fault reports, document your efforts digitally, and have daily contact with both colleagues and tenants. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable with digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are an advantage. We see that you have training as a property caretaker or equivalent work experience and experience in practical maintenance and repair work. You have experience with mechanical snow removal and grass cutting, and a Class B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. It is advantageous if you have a chainsaw and brush cutter certificate, training for working at heights, training for skylift operation, and experience in tree trimming. Experience from housing companies or similar operations is also seen as positive. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment.
