We are now looking for an additional full-time facilities manager to strengthen our team at Nordby Shopping Center. About the Position As a facilities manager, you will be responsible together with the team for the daily operations and maintenance of Nordby Shopping Center. The work is varied and requires both independence and good teamwork skills. As a facilities manager at Nordby Shopping Center, you will, among other things: - Perform repairs and ongoing maintenance in and around the shopping center - Handle daily trouble reports and service requests - Oversee technical installations - Ensure that common areas are in good condition - The position includes on-call duty every fourth week Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is practical, service-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility. You work independently while also appreciating collaboration with colleagues. We would like to see that you have: - B-driver's license (required) - Lift certificate and forklift operator certification (desirable) - Experience working with fire alarms and sprinkler systems (desirable) - Previous experience in facilities management or similar tasks (desirable) - Practical skills and problem-solving ability - Ability to take responsibility and service-oriented If you do not have a lift certificate or forklift operator certification, we can offer training/certification for this.
