About the Role: As a Property Manager with us, you are a key person in the daily operations and development of our property portfolio. You ensure that our properties function optimally by working on operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with both colleagues and tenants, where your work contributes to high satisfaction, long-term value development, and satisfied customers. Main Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of technical installations Address service requests within assigned properties Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance work Corrective maintenance, such as troubleshooting and replacement of appliances (refrigerators, freezers, stoves) Routine inspections of interior and exterior environments, as well as inspections and regulatory work such as SBA and safety inspections Energy optimization of properties in consultation with the operations engineer Troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical systems (indoor climate, heating, ventilation) Streamlining of procurement, service, and maintenance to optimize costs Assess, order, and follow up on contractors for quality and execution (vendor evaluation) Who Are You? We are looking for someone who works independently, results-oriented, and delivers on time with high quality. You use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop relevant solutions. You take own initiative and carry out improvement work with a high understanding of given financial constraints. You have good collaborative skills and work with consideration for customers, tenants, and colleagues. Knowledge and Skills: Secondary education in technical fields or equivalent (vocational education is a merit) Three to five years of experience in property technology or equivalent Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Digital understanding and experience working in various systems Valid B-category driver's license Application: For this recruitment, we are working with the recruitment agency MTRecruit.
