We currently manage approximately 780 apartments in Trelleborg. At our office, you'll meet a competent and engaged team consisting of two Property Maintenance Technicians, a Residential Leasing Specialist, and a Property Manager - all ready to welcome you! Responsibilities As a Property Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for service-oriented and efficient property maintenance. You handle maintenance requests from tenants, and your workdays are varied with different types of tasks. Your main areas of responsibility include: - Ensuring our housing is pleasant by keeping it in good condition, clean, and functional, both inside and around the buildings. You conduct regular inspections and address any issues identified. - Handle routine plumbing and heating issues - Work with planned maintenance and proactive measures - Ensure fire safety requirements are met - Review invoices and make material purchases - Conduct inspections as needed You start your workday at our office in Trelleborg and then travel to the properties you are responsible for, where you handle your tasks and conduct inspections. You work efficiently with the help of digital tools, which give you good oversight of your tasks and make it easy to plan your day. Both task management and inspections are performed via an application on mobile or tablet. Qualifications - Upper secondary education and/or vocational training, preferably focused on property maintenance or equivalent relevant work experience - Previous experience as a Property Maintenance Technician, Property Technician, or Repairperson - It is advantageous if you have knowledge in locks, appliances, and electrical work - Good computer skills and experience with digital tools - Good Swedish and English in speech and writing (additional languages are a plus as our tenants come from all corners of the world) - Valid driver's license (category B) required Who Are You?
