About the position As a property maintenance technician, you play an important role in ensuring that the municipality's properties function well and maintain a high standard. You work with both preventive and corrective maintenance and are responsible for operations, supervision, and optimization of technical installations. The work involves many contact points and you collaborate closely with colleagues, operations, tenants, and external contractors. Scheduled on-call duty is included in the position. The position also includes certain janitorial tasks. This is a permanent full-time employment with start date in fall 2026 according to agreement. A trial period may be applied. Your responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Handle and address fault reports. Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. Responsible for operations, supervision, and maintenance of technical installations. Troubleshoot and optimize heating, ventilation, and indoor climate systems. Replace and maintain appliances and other building equipment. Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance work. Conduct rounds, systematic fire safety work (SBA), safety inspections, and other regulatory inspections. Coordinate and follow up with external contractors. Contribute to efficient and sustainable solutions within operations and property maintenance. We are looking for you who Have upper secondary education in technology, real estate, or another relevant field. Vocational higher education in building technology is a merit. Have several years of experience working with building technology, operations, or maintenance. Have good technical understanding and experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Are accustomed to working in digital systems. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Possess a Class B driver's license.
