HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve approximately 450 housing cooperatives and other property owners with a comprehensive range of property management services. HSB also has approximately 2,000 rental apartments in the region. To support us, we have close to 230 skilled employees, and we now need reinforcement. We are seeking a property manager and facilities caretaker for a vacation replacement position in Gävle.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As a property manager and facilities caretaker with us, you work closely with our customers. The work is varied and social. Your main tasks involve maintaining indoor and outdoor property environments as well as facilities care.
Experience
Experience in property management, gardening work, and/or facilities care is desirable. Education in technical property management and a wheel loader license are advantageous. For the position of property manager, you must have computer skills, master the Swedish language in speech and writing, and have a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.

In your role as property manager and facilities caretaker, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as thoroughness, sense of responsibility, and commitment are important for fulfilling the assignment and delivering high quality. The work requires you to be self-driven, organized, and comfortable planning your own work and workday. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Furthermore, we expect you to share our values and that your actions toward members and customers are guided by them.
