We are seeking a skilled, meticulous, and ambitious property caretaker for our property portfolio in Malmköping. You enjoy taking responsibility and are self-driven, loyal, and committed to long-term work. You should be sociable and have good interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers. You are willing to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and have an interest in technical solutions. Requirements: - Experience and interest in the construction industry and property maintenance. - Driver's license - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Job Responsibilities Your duties will include daily rounds and responsibility for outdoor areas, playgrounds, parking areas, and common areas. General supervision and inspections, identifying potential problems for tenants, and ensuring appropriate measures are taken. For example, ensuring heating, ventilation, laundry rooms, booking systems, gates, doors, and other technical systems function properly, and contributing to cost-saving and environmentally friendly solutions. The role requires you to handle maintenance requests and perform repairs in apartments such as carpentry, painting, troubleshooting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and appliance repairs. All incoming maintenance requests must be documented and followed up consistently with the administrative department through daily reports. Prevention and maintenance supervision are important so acute problems do not arise. If major issues occur, contact the responsible person at the office for further action by heating technicians, electricians, or other specialists.
