We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and ambitious property manager for our property portfolio in Malmköping. You enjoy taking responsibility and are self-directed, loyal, and committed to long-term work. You should be social and have good communication skills with your colleagues and customers. You are willing to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and are interested in technical solutions. Requirements: - Experience and interest in the construction industry and property management. - Valid driver's license - Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Job Responsibilities Your daily duties include building inspections and responsibility for outdoor areas, playgrounds, parking areas, and common spaces. General supervision and inspections, as well as identifying potential problems for tenants and ensuring appropriate measures are taken. For example, ensuring that heating, ventilation, laundry rooms, booking systems, gates, doors, and other technical systems function properly, and contributing to cost-saving and environmentally friendly solutions. The work requires you to address maintenance requests and perform repairs in apartments, such as carpentry, painting, troubleshooting, minor plumbing and electrical work, and appliance repairs. All incoming maintenance requests must be documented and followed up consistently with the administrative department through daily reports. Preventative maintenance and supervision are important, so acute problems do not arise. If major issues occur, contact the responsible person at the office for further action by heating technicians, electricians, or other specialists.
