Here our guests are embraced by earthy tones and a calm that can be felt in every detail, and to preserve this, we need someone to care for "the book" from cover to cover. We're now looking for a practical problem-solver with a sharp eye for details for this new exciting role!

About the position:
Employment level: 100%
Start: As soon as possible.
Duration: Commitment through 20.12.2026 (with possibility for extension).
Working hours: We're open 24/7, 365 days a year. This means your schedule includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Hybrid role: You combine facilities management tasks (operations, maintenance, trouble reports) with other service responsibilities across our different departments. This means you're a key person who also supports housekeeping tasks, front desk reception, inventory management, and logistics.
Versatility: At Quality Hotel™ The Book, we help each other across department boundaries. You'll be part of a team where everyone pitches in where needed – regardless of department.
What the role entails:
Daily operations and maintenance work.
Efficient handling of trouble reports with a focus on quality.
Responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness in all spaces – from storage to common areas. For you, organization isn't just a requirement, but a natural part of your professional pride.
Support housekeeping as needed, manage front desk reception and inventory handling.
Compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and ordinances.
Monitoring energy consumption to meet our sustainability goals from day one.
Ensure that the hotel's facilities are always accessible and in top condition for our guests.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
