Property Manager / Handyman

Property Manager / Handyman for Real Estate Properties We are now looking for a practical, self-directed, and service-oriented property manager / handyman who wants to become an important part of our operations. You will work with our properties and hotel environments, where you will assist with both ongoing property maintenance and practical handyman-type tasks. About the Position The position is full-time, 100%. You will work with: - Daily inspection of properties - Minor repairs and maintenance - Handling maintenance requests - Rounds of buildings and common areas - Inspection of entrances, trash rooms, laundry rooms, storage areas, and public spaces - Key management and practical service tasks - Support in hotel properties and other facilities as needed - Minor assembly and interior work We are Looking for You Who - Are practical, solution-oriented, and responsible - Enjoy working independently but also collaborating with others - Are handy and experienced at solving everyday practical problems - Are service-minded and have good interpersonal skills - Can plan your day and prioritize between different tasks - Have good organizational skills and feel responsibility for both environment and safety It's especially good if you also have experience with - Carpentry or similar practical work - Hanging mirrors, hooks, brackets, and other wall mounting - Assembling cabinets, shelves, simple furniture and furnishings - Simple painting, adjustments, and maintenance - Tools and materials handling - Property management, caretaking, or similar roles Requirements - B-class driver's license - Good physical fitness and experience with practical work - Swedish spoken and preferably written as well Merits - Experience from hotels, properties, or service operations - Knowledge of simple carpentry, assembly, and repairs - Experience working with many different types of facilities and environments We Offer - Independent and varied work - Pleasant work environment and many contacts - Opportunity to work broadly within both properties and hotels - An important role in a growing company where you make a great practical difference every day Open to All We focus on your skills, not your other circumstances.
